I spoke with Gary and John throughout the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and have answers for any questions. They are quick, reliable and professional. I had to notarize and apostille my High school Diploma to study abroad in the EU. I began the ordeal on Friday evening, and by Tuesday, my documents were in the finishing stages, soon getting delivered and arrived by Friday (they don’t work on weekends so this was very fast in my opinion). I would highly recommend SF Notary and Apostille based on the service they provided.

John was extremely responsive and an effective communicator - prices and steps required were all laid out from the start. When we decided we needed an apostille last minute, John got it done for us without issue and made sure that our document got to Singapore by express courier and within the deadline. 100% recommend and would definitely reach out to John again if we have any other docs that we require to have notarized and couriered!
