Food is really good! Service, is not perfect, but I can understand because people can be rude for no reason. They get a ton of food delivery orders, which is also great! However, they will not let you use the bathroom IF you are not a customer. I get that, but what if you happen to be working for a food delivery service and you're picking up for their customer?? 🤔 Nevertheless, I will continue to recommend them because they're food is always consistent and honestly, their service is really good!!
That employee you see in the photo aggressively ordered us to throw away our trash after we finished eating, and the whole staff laughed. I asked them what they found so funny, and the Spanish-speaking guy said I had a problem with her aggressively treating customers badly. Honestly, terrible service. And the girl in the photo followed us outside, threatening to call her brother. Please be careful with the staff you hire. People who don't like their jobs and treat customers badly. Very unhappy people.
Ordered in. Got my table #. Sat down to wait. Got a text saying my order was ready and they would bring it to me. Zoned out on my phone- 7 min later I walk to the counter. My food is sitting there getting cold. No other orders. 3 workers doing nothing. I asked the purpose of the number. She said there was only 1 person at the counter so they couldn’t deliver it to deter theft? Mind you, she and the other employee were gabbing away with two customers? while my food sat there. HORRIBLE gen Z lack of concern. No apology. Just attitude. No where or no one told me this was going to happen. Change your kiosk to mention this. And other orders were delivered while mine sat there. What a joke. Another place to never visit again. Service is lost on the younger generations.
Shake shack makes good burgers. Food came out hot and fresh. Chicken sandwich is interesting and good (has an herby sauce). Recommend it for those who don’t eat beef.
Every day after school, my friends and I would come here and get cheese fries. To this day, that’s one of my favorite school memories. The cheese fries here are excellent. In fact, all the food here is delicious. The burgers are great, and have lots of flavor. There are lots of tables, it’s clean, and the bathrooms are nice. The staff seem happy and overall this location has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re just looking for some good fast food.
