Highly recommend Francisco Lucas, He was very transparent about the weather conditions making a roof unsafe to do a full inspection, which I appreciated. Instead, he spent time educating us on collateral damage and checked our windows/gutters and downspouts We’re looking forward to having him back out for the rescheduled roof inspection when it’s safer. Great communication and service
I recently had a free roof inspection done by Francisco Lucas from Shamrock Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Francisco was professional and very thorough as he walked the roof. He took the time to explain the current condition of my shingles and what I should keep an eye on. It’s rare to find someone so honest and helpful when providing a free service. Got a free inspection and found tons of roof damage. Worked with Jason Taylor and this man handled EVERYTHING. He talked with my insurance company for me and got me a huge claim. He even came out and put tarp on my roof to cover some spots before insurance even saw it. Got everything claimed, processed, and installed in a week. I've worked with a couple other roofers in the past and this company has been by far the best. Even calling in to make the payment the customer service staff was friendly and helpful. Great work, great people, great experience!
Roland Lamonica did an outstanding job working with our insurance company to get a fair assessment for our roof and gutters. I was concerned, having had issues with them previously, but he had the experience to navigate the process with me. He was honest and upfront about some of the concerns and damage to the roof that we may have had to cover out of pocket. The work was done in a day and I couldn't have been happier the quality or the crew. I highly recommend reaching out to Shamrock and Roland for exterior work.
I had an excellent experience with Shamrock. When Roland approached me about getting my roof done I was skeptical initially. After working with him further he dealt with the insurance company expertly. Which lead to a new roof, that looks great. I will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Roland at Shamrock is the best in the business.
