Scott was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took on an emergency call (our heating wasn't working) and was able to come out within a few hours to resolve the issue. He was very thorough in explaining what was happening, which I really appreciated. Scott quickly identified the root of the problem and put a solid temporary solution in place, clearly explaining that the permanent fix will need to wait until the snow melts. Beyond the immediate repair, he took the time to help me better understand the HVAC system and offered practical suggestions to improve air circulation and heat distribution throughout the house. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Scott’s responsiveness, knowledge, candor, and problem-solving skills. Highly recommend.
The service tech promptly returned my weekend call. Answered my questions and scheduled an appointment later that afternoon. He called me just prior to arrival and had my thermostat replaced in less than half an hour. On a very cold winter day.
Shamy went above and beyond to get a new water heater installed the day after I called them! They worked to adjust their schedule to get the work completed on a very timely schedule, as a tenant of ours was without hot water. We really appreciated their attention to customer service.
We love having Scott service our equipment! He’s very knowledgable and personable as well! He’s thorough and very conscientious. We trust him, and we don’t say that about all contractors. We always feel like he has left us with the best possible functioning equipment.
Sami did an excellent job showing me the rust outside of my furnace and inside of my furnace. He showed me the inside rust with his camera. He also pointed out the leaking that has been going on that I could see was Active. Sammy also pointed out the vibration of my blower motor, which was abnormal. He was very careful to look at everything and show me things. I told him I thought it was OLD the original furnace,and he checked the label inside the furnace to show me that it is 24 years old. He then helped me set up an appointment for this Friday with MARK at 9 AM to discuss replacing my furnace and air. Sammy is an excellent representative of your company and I hope that you can give him extra recognition for my compliments. There was no charge as I had the “plan “.Thank you very much.He advised me not to turn thermostat higher than 70 degrees as it might be too much for furnace.
