I had an excellent experience. Kyle really took care of me. He didnt flinch when I told him my very conservative budget, offered me an array of choices that could fit my needs, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and made sure I could get sizing done in under 24 hours. I really didnt expect the level of service that Kyle provided me when I walked in the door. I felt comfortable the entire time. I will recommend the shane company to anyone in need of jewelry and fantastic customer service!
JoAnn was the absolutely best! They were slammed on and off throughout our time and she was the best helping everyone the feel cared for and amazing! I found the perfect ring and I never thought it would have been the easy. She made the entire experience! So helpful and accommodating! Hardest worker there! Give her a raise!!💖♥️
My Fiancé and I had a great experience here. Our jewelry rep, Plange, helped us craft a custom wedding band to match her engagement ring. He also took the extra time and effort to make sure everything between the two rings matched up perfect and make sure we would have the ring before the wedding. He was very knowledgeable and professional but also easy to talk to and cut up with. Great jeweler! Highly recommend.
We will never buy from another jewelry store! Shane co customer service is top notch. We had an issue with my engagement ring not being a good fit for my profession as a hairstylist. They have an amazing policy that helped me get a better ring for my lifestyle.
