Nydia was so sweet and patient with my daughter. You can truly tell she loves what she does and is wonderful at it. She was so kind to my daughter especially since she was a little nervous to start out. Veronica cut my 2 year old son’s hair and was amazing and patient. He was fussy and she worked with us to figure out how to get the haircut done. She never once got frazzled and was so sweet and patient with him. Last time we got haircuts we went to the other cypress kids haircut place and it just seemed off the stylists were not patient and were just rude. They did not seem like they even liked kids. We are are so happy we found Sharkeys. This was exactly the experience we had been looking for. We all left happy and my kids ended up enjoying the experience. They also both look precious in their new dos.
Took my son for his first hair cut and Veronica did a great job with him. She even got him a balloon and sticker at the end. He loved the firetruck he got his hair cut in and they played ms rachel for him during the cut. They gave him a certificate, took a photo and saved his hair for baby book. Overall great experience, will be coming back for his next cut.
Great place to take your kids. My son (5) doesn’t like getting his hair cut, hates the clippers especially. I ended up doing it myself at home and it always ended in tears. But with the special chairs and getting to watch his favorite show, he got a great cut in only 15 mins with no problems. Sharkeys may just have made haircuts fun for him. I would give five stars but he actually had a really bad experience here when he was younger. (That’s another story, but after this great experience we will be coming back.)
We’ve been coming here for my son’s haircuts for the last couple of months and it’s been a great experience. Nydia is incredible with talking to the kids, explaining what’s going on and keeping them entertained to get the job done. Nydia also had great patience understanding what kind of haircut was wanted and assured it was what we wanted every step of the way.
We brought our little guy here for his first haircut. He loved sitting in this ship and was so comfortable with Ms. Jackie from start to finish. It was a great experience for us and we will definitely be a return customer.
