It’s a bit overpriced as an adult men’s haircut is $25 at Supercuts. But, the spot is great for kids. Xbox’s to play while they’re getting their haircut. Fun music for kids. Tv to watch. It’s a vibe.
They did an amazing job getting our 3 kids through in a quick and efficient manner. Cuts are great. Daphne was our primary stylist and worked magic. We’re looking sharp for all our holiday celebrations.
We took our sweet kids to get their first haircuts here before a Christmas event. We were a walk-in client and the staff was so kind and accommodating. Our kids had an amazing experience. We are from Fort Worth and we will be driving all the way back to this location for our next cut.
I took my son here for his second haircut (his first was at a different Sharkeys location and was a positive experience). I specifically chose a salon for kids because they are supposed to be patient and trained to cut hair for small children. The stylist that cut my son’s hair was anything BUT patient. She was agitated from the moment my son sat down. When he wouldn’t sit *perfectly* still (he’s two!) she insisted I hold him down. He absolutely picked up on her negative energy and frustration with him, which only escalated the situation. To make matter worse- the haircut itself is AWFUL- see photos attached. The front is not straight (about 3-4cm difference from one side to the other) and the sides/ back are very choppy— it looks like my toddler cut his own hair! The salon itself was very dirty, and every “car” chair had hair from the previous haircut in it, despite us being the only ones in the salon. After my son picked which car he wanted to sit in, we had to wait for the hair to be cleaned out. I don’t mind waiting, but why is the hair not cleaned up as soon as the previous guests leave? At the time of leaving this review, this experience happened several days prior. I have tried contacting the store directly to speak to management, but no one will return my calls. This salon has poorly trained stylists and poor management.
We had the most wonderful experience with Rosalinda today! She was warm, patient, and incredibly skilled with my 3-year-old daughter, who was gets nervous about haircuts. Rosalinda chatted with her kindly the whole time, made her laugh, and styled her hair so beautifully at the end. The salon is bright and fun — my daughter loved holding the little control board toy while getting her haircut. Afterward, they gave her a kids’ ring, styled her hair with cute accessories, and surprised her with a balloon, candy, and stickers. She walked out absolutely glowing, proud of her new look — and before we left, Rosalinda even gave her a big hug to say goodbye. 💖 Rosalinda truly has a gift with children. She made my daughter feel safe, confident, and happy every step of the way. We’ll definitely be coming back for our next haircut! 💇♀️🎈🍬
