Elana Vejar gave my toddler an excellent haircut! The best he's had so far. When he got fussy she was so gentle and calmed him down. Normally he screams and crys the entire time. I'm so pleased! I'll definitely come back!
I cannot go anywhere else. I have brought my 4 year old twice. They've treated her so well. Veronica was amazing and so was Elena. I am beyind grateful. Thank you!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share our recent experience. I brought my daughter in for a simple straight trim, and unfortunately the service was far from professional. The stylist struggled to cut a straight line and kept trimming more and more to try to fix the uneven areas, which only made it worse. After blow-drying, she had left a large uneven chunk of hair that required even more cutting, and my daughter’s hair ended up much shorter than we wanted. Even the receptionist noticed how badly the haircut was going and seemed stressed about it. She kindly offered a free haircut to fix it, but I honestly don’t feel comfortable returning after this experience. On top of that, the stylist didn’t even put a cover on my daughter before cutting again, so she left with hair all over her clothes. I had already tipped her before realizing the extent of the mistakes, and I truly feel I shouldn’t have had to pay for a haircut of this quality. I’ve now made an appointment at another salon to have it corrected. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope the salon can use this feedback to improve.
Sheila did an awesome job with my 2.5yo given that he was sitting on my lap and moving so much she still managed to give him a nice cut. It was a very pleasant first haircut experience for my toddler.
I took my 2.5 year old daughter for her first haircut who was well behaved and followed directions. Unfortunately Lucia did not do a great job. She did not cut my daughter’s hair evenly. She asked if we wanted her cut around the ears and her back cleaned up with clippers. We said yes to both but the result was horrible. I will return to get a fix and next time try another stylist. The rating is for Lucia in Sugar Land :( I did like we were given a certificate for the first haircut. Update 3/31/25- I apologize for taking long to update my review. I went back to get my daughter’s hair fixed. Veronica did a great job in fixing my daughter’s hair, explaining and suggesting to my husband what was being done. Gracias Veronica. I would return to see Veronica.
