I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Shelton Mead and Shelton. Their policy of charging $25 just to view my tax return is unreasonable, especially considering I never received a digital copy in the first place. Additionally, the mismanagement of staff is evident, as they have recently let go of long-time accountants who provided valuable service to loyal customers like myself. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of regard for customer relationships and quality service. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
I began working with Shelton Mead and Shelton back in 2013 and Mikel was so kind as to help me sign up for my LLC more than 10 years ago. He, Cindy, and the entire staff are very detailed and organized, going above and beyond to make sure that deadlines are met... and they're polite and professional in the process. They always have their finger on the pulse of new developments in the tax world and I know my returns will be completed with the highest level of expertise and my best interest in mind. I can confidently recommend their services to anyone.
