Believe the reviews that say they will be about an hour then take much longer. Also expect them to call back and say they are having mechanical issues so they will have to get a different driver whos further away thus taking much longer. How do they approach this inconvenience for the customer? Charge you extra of course. I gave my payment info before they came and feel they took advantage of having thst info by trying to squeeze more and more out. I canceled the service and contacted a higher rated company that quoted much less and was actually there with in 30 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this company.
