Wow! 5 stars all the way. I had an amazing experience and am so happy I went with ShineOn for my first boudoir experience. This is a full service, seamless process. My first meeting with Julia was pre-shoot shopping at Maven Black. I can’t imagine not having done this. Not owning much lingerie myself, she was so helpful to work with and we were able to choose the perfect pieces. Not only that, seeing the studio gave me a better idea of what to expect for the shoot. The actual shoot day was so fun. After I arrived we got started straight on hair and makeup. Ava did a phenomenal job and did both exactly as I had asked and hoped for. She is amazing! Then moving into pictures, Julia had already set everything up and had a vision for each fit change. She made everything super relaxed and easy! Not only did I feel comfortable, Julia walked me through every single step and pose. After we finished taking photos, Julia got right to work and we were able to go through and order what I loved. Maven Black and ShineOn are a must for anyone contemplating new, quality lingerie and/or an amazing boudoir experience! I cannot wait to receive her final work and am so grateful that I got to work with this fabulous team!

10/10 experience!! If you’re contemplating booking with Julia. DO IT!! Julia truly makes you feel extremely comfortable and shows you how to pose so you’re not feeling awkward. This entire experience from the hair and makeup, to trying on all the lingerie from her own line is so beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back to this studio!

I don't even know where to start! I had SUCH an incredible experience with Julia and her team. From the moment I booked my session, her professionalism, care, and attention to detail were through the roof. She provided so much helpful information in the emails she sent leading up to my session, including recommendations of where to purchase outfits, which accessories photograph the best, and advice for the session itself. I felt completely prepared and relaxed going into my session. On the day of, her wonderful makeup artist made me look and feel stunning. Julia was a wizard at explaining the posing I would be doing and I felt completely at ease the entire time. The entire session was so, so, so much fun. Even though I scheduled this as a gift to my husband, it really ended up feeling like more of a gift to myself. The hardest part was picking the images at the end of our session because she did such an amazing job capturing images I felt beautiful in. I would do this every week!
