We made a reservation several days in advance. Upon arrival they insinuated we didn't have a reservation. I insisted we did and offered screenshots of said reservation. It's Christmas eve. We were seated and the server attempted to take our order before we could look at menu. I ordered a pre meal cocktail that didn't arrive until I was nearly done with my meal and it was undrinkable. They tried to take plates away before we were finished. Offered to go boxes as soon as our food was prepared and didn't bother to ask how anything was, if we needed drink refills or if we wanted desert. We felt rushed and uncomfortable seated next to people we did not know. The food was great the man who cooked it was great but our server gave us no service worth mentioning.

The entertainment was good. The food was OVERLY SALTY. Everything tasted like soy sauce. Nothing else. They don't include fried rice or noodles or pay $5 extra each person! Just white rice is given, tiny cup. No flavor. The clear soup was thick & grainy, very salty! The drinks NEVER came. We had to go ask. And no refills. NEVER AGAIN. THERES BETTER ELSEWHERE. Waited for 35 minutes for cook to come out. Waited 1 hour for drinks. DO NOT GO THERE. Our meal with 6 sodas was $366 !!!!!! No alcohol.

My wife and I went to Shogun with my local friends who live in Lincoln. We selected to seat Teppanyaki. The chef performance was so funny, excite, and great. He never made us tired to watch the cooking. The teppanyaki food was a very large portion which was really reasonable price. Of course, all teppanyaki foods that we ordered were so so delicious. Super luckily, our table was shared with Nebraska Women's Volleyball team. I do not know all of their names but I am very familiar with Harper Murray who was sitting in the front of my seat. They were at Shogun to celebrate one player's birthday. Good taste for foods, good the teppanyaki performance, and good reasonable price, I will definitely go there when I revisit to my friends.

Brought my husband here for his 40th birthday. We enjoyed the sushi (X-Men) and the pineapple fruit boat. 🍍 My unagi don (eel rice bowl) was amazing, and his steak and shrimp hibachi meal was good, too. Even their soup and salad were tasty! They were definitely short-staffed, but still did a good job with our table service. We will plan to be back, just not on a busy Friday night.

We were visiting Lincoln to see our daughter and she took us here. They had a large selection on the menu, it was fun and entertaining watching our food cook. We ordered appetizers which we shouldn’t have because you get a lot of food. Food was great and the service was amazing. We would definitely go back.
