I would not bring my pet here again. Thankfully I did not get my procedure here for my cat, but Dr.Sharma was not only over an hour late to see us, he also did not read the chart and proceeded to explain to me what feline aids is like a child. My car already has tested negative for and been vaccinated. All I wanted was an estimate for a neuter which was over $500. DO NOT GO HERE. The ladies in the office and th vet tech were great but I wouldn’t give that vet a penny more of my money.

Extremely overpriced compared to other clinics in the area. In my experience, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and communication was poor. The main veterinarian, Dr. Yao, who is also a business partner, did not offer treatment or medication unless I agreed to expensive diagnostic testing first. I was not given a clear explanation of what was suspected or why those tests were being recommended, and I left without meaningful help while my pet continued to suffer. Later, after another veterinarian identified the underlying issue, it became clear to me that this condition had already been part of the earlier workup, yet it was not clearly communicated to me at the time. That lack of transparency was extremely frustrating during an already stressful situation. In contrast, other veterinarians I’ve worked with will still provide reasonable treatment, medication, or supportive care even if additional testing is declined. That did not happen here. Based on my experience, this clinic prioritizes costly services over practical, compassionate care. I would not return and would strongly encourage others to read the lower-star reviews carefully before choosing this clinic.
