When I take Gizmo to SVH, the staff are so attentive and caring. Definitely not a "big corporate veterinarian". They follow-up with me on how Gizmo's doing after his appointments and everyone seems to care. Couldn't recommend them more.

I love this place so much. If you are a rabbit owner seeking a knowledgeable, caring and kind vet, you need to book with Dr. Bellgrau (Dr B) immediately. She’s exceptionally skilled at identifying issues correctly the first time. It’s very hard to find a reliable rabbit vet and I trust her completely. She has guided me through exceptional palliative care for my elder rabbit and introduced her to acupuncture, which made a huge difference in her quality of life during her final months. She is patient, reassuring, and kind. Staff is also very professional and warm. My girl and I felt really safe making our appointments here. They also offer their own cremation services. They are incredibly thoughtful and gentle during the process. Safe place here.

Greatly impressed by their professionalism and how kind-hearted the entire staff is. Having to euthanize our 14 year old pup, Burton, was the hardest decision we had to make. The room was calm and very comfortable for our family and Burton, not a standard checkup room. The vet took the time to explain all available options and the results that were to be expected with each option. When the time came to administer the shots, she made sure we had all the time we needed to say our goodbyes both before, after the second shot, and after the final shot. That time between the first and second was something I’ve never been given before, I feel it allowed him to have one final dream ❤️ We were never rushed or treated in any way less than compassionate. The cremation package and options they offer are very thoughtful and reasonably priced, and all services are preformed at their location. Thank you to the entire staff at SVH for making a heartbreaking time just a bit more comforting and for showing Burton so much love in his final moments ❤️
