It was a great experience having David Carroll as my realtor and representing me for my first home buying experience for a new build construction. He was always available for questions, attended all of the design studio/builder/walk through/sign off appointments, and provided pictures and video updates throughout the home construction process.

Our introduction to David was via the many excellent YouTube videos he’s created highlighting homes for sale throughout Las Vegas. We have bought and sold several homes over the past 40+ years using several different realtors, and while we’ve had a few who have been really good, David stands out as exceptional! His enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism is second to none. We were initially living out of state, and the videos he’d send to us documenting the progress of our home under construction were very much appreciated, as was his keen attention to detail and quick response to questions. Having David accompany us to the various inspections was invaluable, as he noticed several things that we would have missed.
