My fiancé got my engagement ring from Simmons & Clark and the experience was phenomenal. I had a good idea of what I wanted in a ring, and Michael offered great advice and considerations, and ultimately created an unbelievably beautiful ring! We look forward to shopping at Simmons and Clark for our wedding bands and years to come.
I bought a Bulova watch for my fiance for his 30th birthday from them and had the best experience! I wasn't super familiar with watches going into it, and they helped give me recommendations to pick the perfect watch. They even went above and beyond and hand delivered the watch to me and personalized the watch with my fiances initials on the inside of the face of the watch. Highly recommend!
Simmons & Clark damaged my ring, denied any responsibility and didn’t make it right. I brought in my wedding band to have a stone that fell out reset. They said they would have the jeweler take a look and give me an estimate before doing the repair. They never gave me an estimate/choice and just did the work, and they cracked both stones on either side of the one they were resetting. When I picked it up, I noticed the damage and pointed it out to the owner who denied it was done by them. Kept claiming the cracks were “inclusions” and already there before the repair, even though moments later he admitted he never saw the ring prior to the work being done. The fix he offered me was to let them take the ring back and “undo” the work aka take out the stone they reset…while still leaving me with the two stones they damaged. Of course I’m not going to give my ring back to a jeweler who caused so much damage to not even repair the damage. The owner gave me a discount but still made me pay for the work that damaged my ring to an even worse condition than before the repair. A shop and owner with integrity would have noticed the damage or apologized when I pointed it out and repaired what they damaged. I’m so devastated and feel a responsibility to share my experience/review so others know how this store behaves when they have damaged your jewelry.
My partner and I had a wonderful experience working with Mike Simmons and his team. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by their incredible selection and the genuine professionalism that guided every step of the process. Mike and Gina both took the time to understand what we were looking for, never rushing us and always making sure we felt comfortable and informed. What really stood out, though, was the sense of care and compassion they bring to what they do. The atmosphere they cultivate is warm, welcoming, and personal, and it made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Mike Simmons and his team to anyone looking for a truly exceptional jewelry buying experience.
Amazing service! Great atmosphere! The lovely owner Mr Simmons & his staff (Peggy) helped me with the Amazing Lions Time piece purchase and repair of my favorite Fossil Lions watch as well!
