We had a leak that we could not find. Luis, the tech, came out and quickly located and isolated the issue. He was timely, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was also easy to get an appointment. I was able to schedule via email which is easier for me being hard of hearing. Definitely appreciate the effort of all the staff we worked with.
Luis and Kevin were prompt and professional. Called at 8am and they were at my door at 10:30am. Diagnosed and fixed a problem with my water heater in a timely manner. Will recommend them to everyone in the Henderson area in need of a plumber and I will also give them my business again if I am in need of one in the future.
I hired this company to repair a main shut off at our commercial building. After weeks of coordination with our HOA to shut the water off at our business plaza (which affected 10 other business) I was notified 10 min after our scheduled appt time that our appt would need to be rescheduled due to a family emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but there was no back up plan. After I expressed how much of an inconvenience this caused for me, you would have thought the manager or owner would have called to apologize and make things right, crickets...
Did a bathroom remodel and used them for my shower drains/fittings. Stellar communication - I always knew when someone was coming and they were on time. Great work- Work looked great and they even cleaned up. I've had several contractors work on my house, rarely do they clean up and vacuum afterwards, these guys did both. These are my people now!
Had several interactions with Sin City Plumbing to get my situation properly assessed and estimated. Day 1 of major plumbing main line replacement went well. Diego and Kevin were very prompt and professional plus briefed me occasionally so I would understand work being done. Very pleased with customer service and work completed! Day 2 Update: ALL work successfully completed! Very pleased with knowledge and expertise of Diego. Plus greatly appreciate his willingness to educate me on work being done so I would be better prepared homeowner in future. Feel like all the work done has added years to life cycle of my home. Would definitely recommend due to professionalism and top notch, responsive customer service. THX again to Diego, Kevin, and the Sin City Plumbing TEAM!
