Friendly staff, clean clinic. However only 1 of the 3 areas of my Botox took effect. Didn’t get my top as the doctor called in sick 2 weeks in a row and then the clinic was Christmas holidays. Contacted the clinic after Christmas to talk about my concerns to which they were no help. I then raised the issue with the company online and heard nothing back. Very disappointing experience Ext. I was contacted by the clinic after my last review and they offered me to come down to resolve the issue and that the treatment would be treated as a Botox review despite it being outside the time for reviews. I said this and was told to come down anyway. When I got to the clinic, they did not know what I was talking about and couldn’t stand by what I had been told ok the phone. Very bad management and communication in this place, a waste of time and money.
Dr Laura was amazing with my cheek filler procedure. I wanted to restore balance, volume and facial symmetry and the result was so natural. She has such a keen eye for detail and really listens to what your concerns are. I'll definitely be back. Danielle on the front desk is so lovely too. Highly recommended!
Won’t be back! I had a few treatments done here on first impressions very nice place, friendly etc. I had 3 areas of Botox done and on my review they had to fix one of my eyebrows I also commented on the crows feet so more was put in. This did not last as long as any other Botox I have got from other places and when I brought this up I was told that is the way it was & only get a few weeks from it. I also had a lip flip - no issues. My biggest issue was the polynucleotides for under eyes. This was suggested to me from them when I had went in for under eye filler. I was told this would be far better so paid for the 3 sessions. I was told mild bruising for 24hrs. This wasnt the case for me they went swollen for a week luckily I work from home as you could not go out like that. On my second session they still were bruised and I queried whether i should wait she said no so it was done again and once again badly swollen. I had to wait 3 weeks for the last session so as the swelling finally came down I could see the results and there was zero difference. I rang and spoke to them about this and a consultation with the dr was made. I showed her the pictures & said I was very unhappy after paying near £1000 for a treatment they recommended and didn’t think I wanted the 3rd one done if no results. She advised me all would be better when I get the last treatment done & kinda brushed off my concerns so I stupidly trusted her and went ahead. Again bad swelling but in one eye this time. They didn’t take any pre/post pictures.This treatment is painful btw. It has been months now and if anything my eyes look worse than before I started. I am even considering under eye filler again with another clinic. They happily take your money and suggest treatments but once it doesn’t work or issues they brush you off.
Recently drove over 2 hours for this appointment as a birthday treat. I cannot say enough about Dr. Laura McCowan. SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! I would drive 5 hours for Laura. She is extremely kind, caring and patient. Highly recommend Laura. THANK YOU LAURA!!!!! I'll be back!
I’m so happy with my experience at this beauty clinic! The staff are very kind and professional, and the doctor really listens and explains everything clearly. The results are amazing — I truly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care and natural result
