Our experience with Sit Means Sit and its trainers, Nikita and Brenna, was awesome. Both of them are very knowledgeable about dog behavior and effective training techniques. Their patience and obvious love for the dogs they work with was evident. When I first brought my puppy to them, I literally had to carry him in due to his timidness and his fear of the leash. My dog quickly learned new skills and gained tremendous confidence. He is a different dog today, in a very positive way. Many thanks to them! I would absolutely recommend!

We are so excited and happy with our experience at Sit Means Sit! Our 6 month old pup "Scooby" is so much calmer and obedient in just 3 full day trainings with Brenna, the best trainer ever! My wife and I are truly blown away at how much he learned in such a short period of time! With a little consistency and practice at home Scooby is such an awesome pup now...not that he wasn't already awesome before SMS...he's just way more behaved AWESOME! Thank you Brenna, Mike and the whole Sit Means Sit Team!!! 10 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After attending Sit Means Sit training for over a year, I can confidently say they are absolutely the best! I brought my German Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix, Ivy, here because she struggled with uncontrolled excitement and the transformation has been incredible. What sets Sit Means Sit apart is their focus on attention and individualized training. The e-collar they use is completely positive, and Ivy actually loves putting hers on because it means fun: training, treats, off-leash time, and freedom! Mike is amazing at tailoring programs during the consultation, making sure every dog’s needs are addressed. I did the Day Train program with Ivy, and the improvement after those sessions was immediately noticeable. But it’s the group classes that have truly been transformative. Over the past year, Ivy has developed into a well-behaved, confident dog, and she’s even tested into the advanced group class, where we continue learning new techniques every week. Sit Means Sit didn’t just train Ivy, they trained me as an owner too! Brenna and Josh have been incredible, willingly providing consistent support, guidance, and challenges to help Ivy grow. Nikita, while wasn't Ivy’s direct trainer, has already been a fantastic resource whenever we’ve needed advice. The thing that really makes Sit Means Sit stand out is their ongoing commitment to training it’s never “one and done.” With consistent attendance, I continue to see improvements each week, and I’ve watched so many other dogs go from reactive to obedient in group classes. I won’t be going anywhere else for my future dogs, there is no question this is the best training. Ivy would agree, she’s been happy and excited from day one at their facility! Every person at Sit Means Sit genuinely cares about both you and your dog, and with consistency, the results are nothing short of amazing.

Josh is awesome! You can tell he really cares and wants the best for the dogs that he trains. I got my dog as a fully grown 40lb pup from the shelter, so training him by myself was a bit tough since he seemed to be completely untrained (I had to potty train him). Sit Means Sit was recommended to me by his doggy daycare and I can honestly say it's been a great and supportive experience from start to now. Even before training, any questions I had about my dog's behavior were promptly answered. We had a rough start first day since we were working through a lot of anxiety, but Josh soon became one of Thunder's favorite people. He started looking forward to training, and I can tell he had a lot of trust in Josh. Thunder now carries himself with a lot of confidence and calm in public spaces. Yes, training collars are used during the process, but at the lowest level possible to get the dog's attention without hurting them. I know that it doesn't bother Thunder because he isn't fearful of the collar and actually looks forward to having it on because it means lots of walking and rewards. The team here cares about the wellbeing of the dogs, and if you have any concerns, they're always happy to help address them!

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this place! My husband and I were overwhelmed with the success our two dogs have had so far! Our dogs loved going to class weekly and we loved learning how to train them to be the best dogs possible. Sit Means Sit helped us become better dog parents and well-rounded in our dog obedience training skills. Applying these skills at home has been challenging but we feel so supported by our trainer Brenna. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking dog training. We are still connected with our trainer Brenna, she checks in periodically to see how things are going at home and how she can help us. Sit Means Sit becomes like family. Look no further, this is the place you can trust with your dogs!
