Super cute salon with everything you need for a perfect haircut and experience. My daughter got a trim and a few face framing layers with a glitter sprinkle on top. She also got a glitter tattoo on her arm (a mermaid). She loves it! Great service and lovely salon. We have found our new “go to”.
My girls and I love this salon! All of the stylists are very skilled and also very good at working with children. The cuts are quick but precise, and the add-on services like sparkle strands, glitter tattoos and mini manicures make the girls feel like they had a real spa day. Chantel, who runs the books/front desk, always does a fantastic job about being proactive with scheduling so as to minimize wait times for the kids and ensure a smooth experience. Can’t say enough good things about this salon!
We had a great experience at Sit Still! My daughter had a wash and blow dry, mini manicure, and hair sparkle. Many of the sparkle strands fell out pretty quickly but the owner was super kind and offered a free tinsel service for us. Elizabeth is great and super sweet, and we will definitely be back.
Brought my toddler in for a haircut. The salon itself is gorgeous—clean, open concept, no visible pipes or hair everywhere. The stylist was kind, and I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end. My 2-year-old sat still the entire time, but the haircut was one of the worst we’ve had. There were odd lines, the front was cut too short, and the length around the ears and back was completely uneven. I voiced a few concerns, and although she asked about them, she wasn’t able to fix anything. It even seemed like she realized things weren’t turning out well, but I didn’t push it. I ended up taking my toddler somewhere else to get it corrected, making this a very expensive toddler haircut. I don’t recommend this salon unless you already know and trust a stylist who is truly skilled. *update* I appreciate that they reached out and I value small business and reputation. My experience with the salon experience was great. It’s beautiful and they have great customer service on the backend. It was just a bad haircut.
We had a great experience at Sit Still Franklin. The staff was so welcoming and my daughter felt special with her new hair cut and sparkle stands. Highly recommend!
