I went to Sizzle and Roll today and was really looking forward to my burger. I ordered and asked for my burger without fried onions, this was okay, then the chef/owner encouraged me to have them. That was okay (even though he seemed annoyed at me wanting a burger without fried onions). I then asked if he could cut my burger in half and he barked back, "he doesn't cut anything in half!". At the start I thought he was joking, however, he was deadly serious. The food was lovely, but the service was extremely poor. As a local Market resident I would encourage people to stay away from this stall. The customer is always right!

Conor catered our wedding last week, he was exceptional. The food was fantastic, and Conor’s time and advice was not professional and kind. He was the kind of supplier every bride needs. He was proactive, offered good advice and sorted anything he needed. The food itself will never ever been forgotten, stunning and still plenty left over for day 2’s breakfast!

We can’t recommend Sizzle n BBQ enough! Conor was fantastic to work with as we organised our wedding catering - as we’re the rest of the team on the day. All our guests loved the food and messaged us afterwards to say it again - particularly the smoked brisket and sausages! The setup was seamless and nothing was any trouble. It really felt like the guys were a part of our wedding party - super friendly too! Can’t wait to have an excuse to have them back for more celebrations.

We cannot recommend Sizzle N BBQ enough! Justin and I got married last Thursday in Castle Leslie and had our day 2 celebrations in a pub in Glaslough on Friday. We chose Sizzle N BBQ for our day 2 catering and we are so thrilled that we did!! . Conor was so lovely to deal with from the outset. Nothing was too big of an ask. On the day he arrived with a team of staff and had an amazing set up! The quality of food was outstanding! Absolutely all our guests have been raving about the BBQ since. Conor and the guys made everything run so smoothly and it was just seamless from start to finish! ⭐️

Highly recommend this company, it was amazing. I hired Sizzle N BBQ for my husband's 40th birthday and was not disappointed. The food was amazing and catered for all. Very clean and professional, totally took away my stress of catering which meant I was able to enjoy the party with my guests. Thank you Sizzle N BBQ for making it special. Will definitely be hiring them again for my birthday.
