I can’t describe how comfortable this entire process was for me. With my wedding coming up and my skin always being a concern, I was so nervous booking anybody. However, I am so so glad that I chose Skin Alchemy. She not only was so kind and accommodating, but she answered all my questions and made educated recommendations on how and which services I should use before and after the facial. Communicating with her was so easy and the experience was all around wonderful!
What an amazing experience! My first facial here since on the island for quite sometime. From the atmosphere to the service, you cannot go wrong. Truly felt like I left from an oasis. My skin felt amazing and being a first time customer also came with a cute couple of perks! Please give Skin Alchemy a try before heading to some where that there are not validated reviews! Shawnlin provides amazing customer service and does a great job addressing my skin concerns! I always feel so welcomed at Skin Alchemy! She takes her time when explaining procedure or product benefits and always makes me feel so comfortable in her beautiful spa with a great view!
This weekend, I got a consult and custom facial from Shawnlin and the whole process was amazing. She is super friendly and took the time to research every step of my skincare beforehand to make sure I got the most out of my facial! Alchemy Aesthetics' new location was super easy to get to and the treatment room was so relaxing + had a great view! Before the facial, Shawnlin went into a bit more depth about my skincare routine and goals, then had a debrief after the facial to ask me how everything felt and explained what she did, as well as how I can improve my at home skincare. My skin felt so good right after and has been improving each day since! Shawnlin has been so generous with her quick DM responses offering skincare advice and helping me improve my routine. I can't wait for another appointment here and I'm excited to see what else she has in store for my next custom facial :)
Shawnlin was amazing! It had been 2 years since I got a Brazilian and was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. She recommended the sugar wax and it was sooo much better than the hard wax! I recommend everyone to see her for any of your waxing needs. She will be the only one I got to from here on out!
