Amazing environment, I love the atmosphere. The staff is amazing from the Owner, all the way to the host. When entering the establishment you know you are in the right place. The music is relaxing and soothing. All of the techs are very knowledgeable of the services they provide down to the products available. You can tell they care and take pride in what they do.
I want to start with something positive. The treatments themselves were great. My esthetician was professional, did an excellent job, and even handled upselling in a very respectful, non-pushy way. Because I’ve worked in spas during college, I understand that delays can happen, which is why I gave this spa a second chance after waiting a little over 30 minutes during my first visit. Unfortunately, my second experience was the same, with another 30+ minute wait. The only acknowledgment I received was an apology after the service provider finished with their previous client and saw me waiting. A phone call to let clients know the schedule is running behind would make a huge difference and is an easy way to improve the overall experience. The services are good, but the lack of communication and long wait times make it hard to fully enjoy them. I’ll come back eventually, but not anytime soon. For now, I’ll be going to other spas.
This was my first time having a facial and it definitely won't be my last..I had been flirting with the idea of treating myself to a facial and I am so glad that took the plunge into self care. The atmosphere was welcoming from the beginning with the pleasant receptionist to my facial by Ramariah Hughes. She was AMAZING! It was so great that I already booked my next appointment. The Skin Bar VIi is a slice of heaven on earth. Thank you for one of the best experiences of ny life.
Amazing customer service! Easy booking online service. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Sevyn was very knowledgeable on skin care! She discussed skin care do’s and don’t and recommended product to use going forward. My skin has never looked or felt better!
I’m feeling so refreshed and relieved from the tension I had my skin feels extremely clean and my lip exfoliate was so needed and it felt great I will be back soon and I also loved she explained each step and products she was using I like that. I wanted to give a review for my massage service was amazing and well done and I needed that I feel refreshed and blessed
