I called a few days before my said appointment to confirm, since they don’t send out appointment reminders, and when I asked about my specific date they confirmed (Tuesday 9:30am). As I show up for my appointment on that Tuesday they said that my appointment wasn’t till Thursday. They give out wrong information, and it’s not the first time it’s happened. The front desk lady is rude and cold with no costumer service. Definitely will not come back and after my laser plan is done.
I went to Skin Bliss for laser hair removal. The experience has been great the staff is very nice and I’m in and out no long waiting for my appointment. I’ve had great results so far and I’m only on the 2nd session. The laser they use is literally painless. I’ve had laser removal in the past so I was bracing myself for the pain but I was pleasantly surprised when she started and I felt no pain.
WoW is all i can say! I am very happy with my results. Laser hair removal was a gift from my Mom. i have only been to 3 appointments and i see the results visually. and can feel it’s less coarse hair. awesome
I purchased a Black Friday package through Groupon and spent more than two weeks trying to schedule with Skinbliss. After repeated calls with no resolution, I finally received a text claiming I was “not eligible” because I had been a client in the past. That is not stated anywhere on their Groupon offer, and directly contradicts what they are promoting. Every interaction I did manage to have was repetitive, dismissive, and provided no real answers. It felt clear that the staff member I spoke with did not understand their own policies or the consequences of false advertising. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
I would like to thank the (Skin Bliss) staff for everything they do they make me feel welcomed and safe! starting at the front of the house (scheduling/rescheduling ) Jessica for always being professional and willingness to help schedule out my appointments and making it hassle free as I am always on the go! and back of the house (Valerie) for being awesome when it comes to taking care of my skin treatments she is attentive when in middle of treatment and makes the process smooth! Thank you Skin Bliss for the continued exceptional service!
