preface: A+ staff no hate towards them Long story short: NO RESULTS from the laser facials. it feels hot once you leave but in terms of long term effects, my skin issues are the same. i can’t stress enough the membership is NOT worth it and even when i’ve put in requests to cancel the membership they did not put me through adequate customer service reps. just not good customer service and did not feel helped or satisfied. AND it’s inconsistent - (because I came with a friend) they cancelled my friends’ subscription while they didn’t put my case through. I ended up spending $1000 for no return.
Terrible experience here. Truly cannot believe that I have been disregarded and blatantly ignored by both corporate and local management after being promised a resolution of my issue. Canceled my membership in May 2025 at my last appointment due to not seeing meaningful results after one year of membership. The manager Jayy assured me that my membership had been canceled and I would no longer receive recurring charges. Months later I see that I was still being billed various amounts including the $275 monthly membership fee despite no longer receiving services. Contacted both corporate (impossible to connect with someone there and my emails were ignored) as well as local management. Spoke with manager Laura who seemed to understand the issue and was apologetic for the mishandling of her predecessor, and she promised to issue a refund for all charges that occurred after the previous manager Jay claimed to have processed the cancelation. Months later, still no “check in the mail from corporate” as was promised and now I am ignored when I have tried to contact Laura for an explanation. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care. Do better Skin Laundry!!
My disappointment isn't with the staff. The staff was very nice professional and every tech that worked with me was great. My disappointment was with the results of the procedures. I had laser and resurfacing and the power duo done over the course of 4 months. Spent over $1000 and for the minimal results I got I would say save your money. It was not worth it. They're supposed to take progression pictures but they didn't. The only pic they took of me was my first visit. So yeah very disappointed in the results of such expensive procedures. And I regret spending so much money for little to no results.
This is such a beautiful salon. I loved the welcoming ambiance provided by the ladies working there and the music they played was so peaceful. Not to mention - my skin is glowing and I’m walking out of here feeling 10x more confident than when I walked in. You will be in good hands with the team here 😌
This is a scam they want a 4 month contract and can’t guarantee appointment availability. There is not a licensed dermatologist in house ever just looks at your pics and signs off. This a quick med pop up scheme to fill the pockets. There in it for a quick dollar and don’t care about the service. Not a good look since the business just opened. Over priced poor customer service. I paid 700 and received 1 laser treatment To follow up no one from SL support called or reached out to me in regards to the response below and they continued to charge my card. When I called to cancel for the 2nd time I was left on hold for 15 mins no verification of who I was or what account I was referencing just please hold and left there. Then when I called back to make 3 times they left it on ring. Finally, someone called back to say it’s been canceled no apologies no complimentary treatment for the 4 months paid and no services rendered. What a joke of a clinic no professional licensed provider in the building. Just certified laser TECHs don’t waste your money.
