I Highly recommend this location. The staff is always nice and very welcoming, the estheticians are really good with finding a skin care routine needed for your exact skin type. I've been here 6 times and my skin has change tremendously. Get the 4 month contract.. its worth it!
Just started a membership with Skin Laundry for Laser facials and so far my experience has been great! I really like their customer service, knowledge and professionalism. The lady who does my facials is very knowledgeable and honest about the process. Im happy with Skin Laundry!
SCAM- Do not waste your money here, I was signed up for a $200 a month membership in a very convoluted way without explanation that despite multiple requests they took 9 months to finally cancel so have had to escalate this with both my credit card company and legally. No real management is in place to address or even offer to correct actions and my experience is deeply frustrating. There are many many other very good med spas in Houston that actually care about their client relationships.
Extremely poor service at the Montrose Skin Laundry. The clinic manager, Lauren Pollard, showed clear bias and unprofessional behavior — even referring to customers by their nationality instead of their names, which is unacceptable and racist. The staff are dismissive, and the overall customer service is terrible. They push memberships, then make it difficult to book or use the services you’ve paid for. Completely unethical business practices. Not worth your time or money.
I did the power signature laser today. The provider did a wonderful job. She listened to what I’m trying to accomplish and assessed my skin needs to recommend the best course of action. I also added a package of peels to add to my future treatments.
