Paid for a 60-minute service and got only 40 minutes. No skin analysis or consultation, never asked if I had any allergies. Stephanie jumped straight into the service like it didn’t matter. Had to lay on a crinkly paper sheet and was covered with a shared blanket used on everyone, which is absolutely disgusting. Unprofessional, unhygienic, and disappointing. Never coming back.
Absolutely lovely place! We had such a great time that was well spent getting pampered. I cannot recommend Skinology Face Bar enough for a “treat yourself” kind of day.
AMAZING! I went in for the scalp massage and it was heavenly. Shout out to Amanda, she explained everything that was going to happen before we started and made me very comfortable! Highly recommend and will be back:).
Cute place to go for a party and the prices are reasonable but you do get what you pay for with their spa services. I would not ever recommend TOM to someone for a prenatal massage as he made me uncomfortable with his overall demeanor and making strange and unprofessional comments such as comparing my pregnancy to a parasitic infection…. The facials were okay. However, my sister and I BOTH got our faces scratched with the “dermaplaning.” I have gotten dermaplane done at a different spa before and it isn’t supposed to feel like they are dragging a fine tooth comb across your face like it did at this place.
Stephie goes above and beyond to make the day feel special. She even made the snacks! Took my husband for a self care day massage head spa and facials most relaxing couples day! Thank you and all your staff! Here is some before and after of what the head spa did for my husband as well!
