Had so much fun at this location! My kids loved it. I had questions about booking a birthday party here and Vanessa helped me. She answered all my questions. Everything is also super clean! It smelled amazing when I came in! The food was great as well. Great service 10/10. Recommend coming to this location over Orland Park. It is much nicer and cleaner and more attractions.
I was there Tuesday December 23, Sam and Vanessa were amazing. They both helped me with any questions I had. Everything was super clean and the food was amazing, especially the chicken tenders. The atmosphere was great and my kids loved the park and I will definitely be back since I got a membership!!! 🙂😊😊
Just arrived here at SkyZone in Lincoln Park 1419 N Kingsbury St at the front counter was Samantha she is a great person greeting myself and me son was wonderful, I didn’t have a card and she said that’s ok we have a Machine behind you that will help you pay for today, this machine is great for people like me stopping by with only cash on me. I enjoy coming to the site because every is nice and polite at the food stands the beautiful lady Vanessa let me know everything and she said that I can update my son time or membership, overall it’s a good place for children to enjoy themselves, we come here 3 times a month.Oh it’s very clean, please get this place going. Thank you for being here
While we’re members and visit often with our young child, we really saw how great this place could be when hosting his birthday party. Kristinn was incredibly helpful across the board, with a set of skills only an experienced host could showcase. We and all our guests had a blast!
I must say it was a great time celebrating my god daughters birthday with family. The only negative was the server lady in the room 3 area... had an huge attitude. Even the little ones was asking about her face. The whole time straight attitude towards everyone. It was more than very obvious that she doesn't really like working with kids. I don't think this is the place for her. Imo. Otherwise, the service and the people were great. Would recommend to others, just not room 3 with Hayley.
