It was okay. We were unaware and weren't told about the different room sizes available for a party. Also the team members weren't consistent with the rules so we got told one thing then another then others didnt care at all or say anything at all. They were helpful some money wise to give our daughter extra jump time because she was late which was sweet. Not going to have a party here again though I believe. Too hectic felt like and very rushed.
We had a solid time here. The park is a bit smaller than some of the massive ones we’ve visited, but it’s very clean and has a great assortment of activities—even some arcade games which was a nice bonus. The staff was generally fine, though I was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to jump on the same trampoline as my daughter. I understand safety rules, but it made it a little less interactive for us. That being said, the variety of things to do makes it worth it. We’ll definitely be back!
We had our son’s 6th birthday at Sky Zone, and it was an absolute win. I have been to every kid party spot in town, and this one blew the others away. Our hosts, Joseph and Kaylee, were fantastic. They kept everything running smoothly, brought endless enthusiasm, and even jumped in to play with the kids. Zachary felt like the star of the show, and we actually got to relax and enjoy ourselves. If you want a party that is fun for the kids and stress free for the parents, this is the place. Can’t say enough how much better our experience was here for a kid’s party. Also great for a random jump day or play date. Pro tip- add the waiver link to your party invite, so parents can complete that in advance.
My grandbabies love this place and I do to about time they get home they are worn out lol but on the serious nite I love the atomosphere,the activities for the kids the dodgeball and the huge blocks u jump in are my grandson favorite amd my gemranfdaugjter she like to just jump lol. It we had a blast oh and Friday night was glowzone night all the kids that were there for that event went wild when the lights went out they were all so excited also I love the way the kids act in public there
Our group had a great time at my kids birthday party (we did a combined party for them). We loved our party hosts, the space upstairs was perfect for such a large group, and with as many kids that were at the park it didn't feel overwhelming. The party hosts were so great at getting the food, drinks and cake served and in a timely manner. And then I didn't have to clean up myself, a win win win. They do provide table cloths, plates, napkins and cups, but I had a "theme" for our party so I brought most of that myself but the cost would have been worth it for sure with all that they do and supply. I would definitely recommend sky zone for birthday parties.
