My son loves it but i hate it. The worst part is Friday and Saturday night. Even if you are an annual pass holder, they don't want you there on those nights. At 8:00 p.m. On Friday or Saturday night , they will be in your face blowing a whistle telling you to get the hell out of there so they can do their glow event. The glow event is just an excuse to charge pass holders on the busiest nights of the week. The way they handle the transition is terrible. and its not just one time. week after week, the same militant response. If I'm walking toward the door, you do not need to get in my face with a whistle. i hate it.
I’m so over this place. From the workers FaceTiming on their phones, texting, not paying any attention to the kids and what’s going on, to the dirty bathrooms, $5 water bottles, unsupervised teenagers and children, and them turning the lights on 45 minutes before they close. Most employees are young adults / teenagers. As a mom of a young adult, I’m all for it. But whoever the higher ups are, or managers are certainly not holding them accountable. It’s basically just a big hang out session. With the exception of a few employees actually paying attention to the jumpers. Skyzone insists you pay for a glow shirt to participate in glow night if you have a dark colored shirt on. Totally understand, it’s dark and they want to keep kids from getting hurt. But turning the lights on at 10:15pm when the place doesn’t close until 11:00pm because “they have to clean” before they close is a rip off. If you plan on coming at night to do glow jump, be aware that glow night actually ends an hour before they close - although i don’t see that listed anywhere online or on their social media accounts. Additionally the lack of care is extremely inconsistent. As a long standing pass holder, some days the employees are on top of it and you can’t even get away with a water bottle in your hand, other days the employees are chatting with friends and too preoccupied to see kids sitting on trampolines while others are trying to jump. Just a mess, this is a fun place - on the good days - and a questionable place on other days. Do better skyzone. Step it up. Managers, set the example. Young adults don’t need more friends, they need guidance.
I purchased the annual membership for my grandson for Christmas last year. It was worth every penny. Going to purchase another one for him this year as well. Thanks for such an amazing place for our little humans to burn off some energy.
The new rules of stations to this place suck and don’t make sense. They wont open the ninja obstacle course unless an employee is there to watch the kids inside, this used to be open the whole time. My son loves this and usually there is only 1-2 employees on the floor and they can’t open every station at once. So I’m stuck trying to tell a non verbal kid who doesn’t understand that it’s closed. It’s very frustrating when before we loved coming here with more stations open. Also the slide now requires 2 employees, one at top and one at bottom. It used to just have one at the top so because of this they don’t open it as often. We are members and come often so this affects us each time we go and we would be much happier if they changed it back to the way it used to be. I have talked to other parents that go frequently and they have the same frustrations. We can do better to create a better more fun experience for all.
Perfect recreational place with a friendly environment. Every kid and parent I see are very happy, and they enjoy the games to the fullest. This park has tables and food for when there is a need for a break. I recommend Sky Zone for when you are visiting Orlando!
