I am not sure what is happening but the upkeep of the facility is going down hill. The obsticle course and running ramp have been broken the last few times we have come out. There are holes in the floor that people can trip over, safety nets are falling down. Gum on the floor and the trampolines in the Dodgeball area. Dust is piling up all along the walking areas and the arcade games. Plus the games are often not working or have hand/face prints smeared all over them. Not to mention the bathrooms. Everything from dirty sinks to visible poop still on the toilet. This place really needs some TLC. I am not sure if this will get any better since I have seen recent review ranging from 2 weeks to 4 months ago with similar sentiments.
Do not bring your young kids here. There are not workers around like there should be. It’s very dangerous for young kids. The teens and heck I’m sure some were only ten curse and take over the six and under section like punks. It’s a free for all for the teens. Zero supervision or enforcement of the rules. Very disappointing
This is a kids friendly and our birthday host did a wonderful job. We had fun hosting our daughter's 6th birthday party here
I took my kids to Sky Zone and while they had fun, I honestly don’t think it’s worth the price. The admission cost adds up quickly once you include socks, snacks, and any extras, and for what you get, it feels a little steep. The place wasn’t that busy, barely saw any workers, and some areas looked like they could use better upkeep. It’s definitely a good way for kids to burn off energy, but for the cost, I expected a bit more value.
Great place for birthday party's 🎈 🎊 even for a 2 yr old. She had a blast jumping and running around 😊. The staff were excellent they got the room ready and helped decorate as well! Thank you. It was a great experience for my little princess 🥰
