They had a couple of attractions closed most of the time we were there. Not enough staff to control and maintain children that weren't following the rules. Other than that it was a great experience!
Hands down the worst staff experience I’ve ever had. We arrived at 7:30 PM and were told we couldn’t even buy a regular ticket. The only option was an MVP membership if my kid wanted to jump. With both of my kids staring at me, of course I felt pressured and bought the memberships. Then, after only 30 minutes of jumping, 8:00 PM hit and “Glow Night” started, and we were forced to come down and pay another $33 just to keep jumping. Completely ridiculous. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive the entire time — -6/10 for staff. The cleanliness was just as bad — -7/10. Trash and garbage everywhere, and to top it off, a table literally fell apart on us. This place feels disorganized, poorly managed, and more focused on squeezing money out of families than providing a decent experience. Absolutely would not recommend.
The place is lovely and so much for kids to do. I have been through a tragic event and Ramm was just wonderful. Everyone there was so kind and considerate. But they were that way with everyone. It was so nice. We'll definitely go again. 🤠
Here for my baby sisters birthday party & one of the workers asked if they wanted us to have them sing happy birthday & ofc we said yes, we waited 20 mins for her to gather people & they stood in the back staring at us hoping we forgot that we was waiting for them. We just started singing happy birthday ourselves, its kinda sad how your workers can stand back there and watch a 9 year old birthday girl wait for ya to come out & nothing. They also have no good customer service this night it was overall bad experience for us. If I could rate this Place base on the customer service workers it would b a zero. Do better sky zone! Is this not for kids ? Yet ya havin a 9 year old waiting because ya scared to sing a happy birthday song. This is beyond me. Monday 11/17/2025 7:15pm all da workers that worked this night horrible!
My kids went for a birthday party there. They had a blast. It was fun filled day for the kids. Available Private rooms for birthday. They offer kids free cute socks.
