Brought the kiddos to the Midlothian location and had a blast... The staff was absolutely amazing especially Momo. She was amazing with the kids and helped them around without a hesitation... Thank you again Momo for such a great experience....

Came for a birthday party for my younger brother with my daughter and none of the zones were being monitored. Kids zone had large kids shoving and pushing, many of the trampoline areas had teenagers and adults hitting one another and shoving each other down. Our birthday kids didn’t feel safe given the circumstances. When I found an employee to talk about it, they walked halfway to the area and turned around and went somewhere else. During the party, we had a “private” jump for 30 minutes that nobody was there to show us to, open it or monitor it. It’s as if the employees didn’t exist whatsoever. Definitely not a location to have a party, or even play for that matter, especially if they’re younger.

BIG Props to AJ & Michael with SkyZone’s leadership team! We’ve been to this location countless times over the years for birthday parties, Glow Nights and arcade fun. This place is dirty. It’s needs to be cleaned. The toddle area is really nasty. I will be contacting corporate about this. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews that are being left, it’s obviously either a staff member or friends of the staff because this place is just nasty. The men’s restroom was also dirty. Management needs to do better. I’ll be uploading pictures and videos so y'all can see what I’m talking about.

We had my daughter’s birthday party here recently and when we arrived we met with our party host that showed us to the half decorated room. I was told during check in that we had to pay the remainder of our balance before the party started even though we didn’t know if we would have extra jumper add ons or not. I was told we could add pizzas when we arrived and this seemed like an odd request to the person helping us check in, but she added it to our bill. We had upgraded to a larger guest count package which included complimentary balloons, streamers and decorations, none of which were completed upon our arrival 15 minutes before her party started. I had dropped off decorations and balloons for them to use for decorations earlier in the week and I was told they would be no problem to assemble. The staff had lost these decorations and when they located them, only assembled half of them and blew up a few balloons and left the rest in the pack. My husband assembled the remainder of the table decor since it did not seem like a priority for the staff. When the pizzas arrived, there was little communication and my friends and family helped get everyone served and plates and silverware passed out. We had to ask multiple times for additional silverware and napkins. The kids had a great time, but I don’t feel that we received the value for what we paid to have the party hosted with sky zone. We felt that the staff couldn’t really care less about set up and that the party ran smoothly. I would not say it was stress free and I would not recommend this for a larger group.
