We used Skyline Catering for our wedding last weekend and we were very impressed. We decided on a large appetizer spread - instead of dinner - for our cocktail party wedding, and Skyline delivered with three huge tables of charcuterie, veggies, and both cold and hot appetizers. Our guests are still commenting on the great food! The people at Skyline were all great, super helpful, and professional. They helped us pick the perfect array of food and calculate the amounts needed. And the staff that did drop-off/setup and pickup were smooth and efficient, we didn't have to do anything. We definitely recommend them to anyone planning an event in Milwaukee. Thank you again for helping us celebrate!

From the minute our family met Ernie and Elyse you could tell they were the real deal with a first class venue . As hard as I try to write a review that expresses our gratitude for such an exceptional wedding reception I am not sure it will be sufficient. Our daughter Abby and her new husband Jake decided on the Bucyrus Club over two years in advance knowing it would be just the perfect place. The Bucyrus club offered all of their guests something. The extra special museum on the second floor that can be seen by all guests because the elevator if needed. The unique vintage architecture of the 1893 ballroom and the founder's room each with its own bar was just the right place for the guests to get acquainted once they started arriving from the church. The Grand ballroom all so provided a classic old time industrial feel which everyone enjoyed. With the multiple rooms their guests and relatives could dance to louder music or move to the founder's room or the 1893 ballroom to converse or catch up on old times. Not sure if Abby and Jake received more compliments on the dinner , the staff or the building. I truly wish we could give them 10 stars because that’s what Ernie , Elyse and the rest of the Bucyrus Club really deserves!

I cannot emphasize enough how much I adore Skyline Catering! I order from them fairly frequently for work events and they have never disappointed! The food is always fantastic (we have tried many options!); the staff is always so friendly, helpful, and professional; the delivery and set-up are always seamless & on time; they have great vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options...I could keep going! I occasionally make last minute and specific requests, and they are so accommodating and kind. We use them for casual lunches & for more fancy appetizers/meals, and they have consistently been fantastic. My coworkers always compliment the food and options. They even utilize reusable serving dishes and utensils that align with my company's waste management goals! I will never stop recommending Skyline to coworkers and friends :)

They catered my daughters baby shower brunch and it was a huge success, everyone commented how the wonderful the setup and appearance was but also the food was delicious! everyone went back 2 or 3 times. The staff is so helpful and so kind and helpful! My son is also using them for his wedding in November! Thank you for making this family's special days very special!!

Skyline Catering: A Seamless and Delicious Experience! From the moment I started planning my event, Skyline Catering was nothing short of exceptional. Andrea and Elyse handled all the logistics with such professionalism and attention to detail that it gave me complete peace of mind. They were always responsive, providing clear and timely communication, which made the entire planning process a breeze. On the day of the event, Michaela and Tegan were absolutely amazing. They were not only super helpful but also seemed to read my mind, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Despite the venue lacking a kitchen, they managed to make everything run so smoothly that their presence was barely noticeable. The food was absolutely incredible—fresh and delicious, as if it had just come straight out of a top-notch kitchen. What truly impressed me was their efficiency in cleaning up. They were in and out so quickly that the venue was left spotless, and I hardly noticed they were there. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a flawless event were truly outstanding. I cannot recommend Skyline Catering highly enough! They went above and beyond to make my event a success, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Hired for a Johnson Financial Group 130 person corporate event back on September 2024.
