I backed into a car, and immediately called this shop. Suleiman told me not to worry and to drop the car off when I can and he will take care of it. Enterprise was right down the street, and 5 days later my car was ready. I needed a brand new bumper and he blended the color so well, you can't even tell anything happened. Highly recommend this shop, they have great customer service, provide quality work and worked seamlessly with my insurance.
Johnny and Sandy at S&M restored our 1993 Toyota Pickup and our FAITH in the Auto Body industry. After our son had an accident, the front driver fender and frame behind the wheel were damaged. This truck was purchased as a restoration project. We contacted several shops who advertised frame straightening. We selected another shop, gave them several thousand dollars for a deposit and experienced months of delays, excuses and run around. To our horror, the shop went out of business, didn’t contact us and kept both our money and the pickup. Here’s where Johnny comes in… Johnny of S & M Auto Body and Paint purchased the location and didn’t know whose vehicle were left behind. Once we connected with him, IMMEDIATELY, he called us back and went into action. (Sandy, the office manager, even advised us how to get our money back from the old shop!) Johnny and his employees were more than fair, extremely responsive and kept every promise and timeline to the best of their ability. They even went above and beyond and diagnosed some mechanical issues that arose, set up a window tint appointment, and ultimately deliver the truck back in fantastic condition. In addition to the fender, bumper and frame repair, we contracted with them to paint the entire truck. It’s a head turner now! We look forward to finishing the interior restoration now and will forever be grateful we found an honest, capable body shop in Las Vegas.
Best body shop in Las Vegas. We have been going to S&M for 9 years and he has done over 100 jobs for us. Always great customer service and amazing top quality work. The owner Johnny has great people skills and works with you in anything you need.
I would bring my car back again for sure. This guys did an amazing outstanding custom job. Check out the before and after pictures. This is an 2013 ferrari track mode. Non a regular ferrari. They removed and installed parts making sure that every single detail end up factory quality. 100% recommended body shop. Thanks much to Jhonny and Moises for keeping up with the good stuff!!! Looking forward to bring more cars in this year.
My fender was severely damaged and they managed to make it look brand new! I’m so appreciative of all the fast work and prompt communication. Johnny was very easy to work with and got back with me asap anytime I had any questions.
