Sergio is the absolute best ever. His customer service is outstanding as well as his repair skills. I had dropped my phone in the club and the screen was broken but it didn’t work anymore. I learned abour Smart Fix through Google on my husband’s phone and I called them. Sergio was so friendly already over the phone and super helpful. A few hours later we walked in and he fixed my phone within 15/20 minutes. He did amazing and every company needs to have a Sergio! (Or many:)) THANKS A LOT!

I had a great experience at this iPad repair shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly fixed a small issue for me and didn’t even charge for it — so generous and kind! The service was fast, honest, and professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs iPad repairs or tech help.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. First and foremost, the area felt very unsafe. Additionally, the staff member who assisted us demonstrated a lack of professionalism. He blurred the lines of customer service and, at times, was quite confrontational. For example, when I made a light-hearted comment about the repair time, he responded defensively and raised his voice, which was both uncalled for and unsettling. The job was done extremely poorly. When we picked up the phone, it was covered in glue and had noticeable scratches. When I asked about it, he immediately became defensive, dismissing the issue as “just glue” and claiming he could clean it if I wanted, speaking in a clearly irritated manner. Overall, the work was sloppy, careless, and completely unacceptable. The quality of service and professionalism left much to be desired. I would not recommend this place to others and strongly advise considering alternative options. … After all, an employee cannot communicate professionally, and cannot perform his job professionally.

10/10 Experience with Sergio! He was Amazing on the phone and in person! I called in due to an accidental screen crack on my macbook and he made sure my computer was handled gently and in a timely manner. Also, Smart Fix has some of the most respectable prices I’ve seen compared to other shops for a macbook screen replacement and they give you a NEW screen not refurbished, they don’t cut corners. You get what you pay for here, which is great service.
