the team did a wonderful job! they replied quickly when i reached out through the contact form, and setting up an appointment by email was really easy. i got scheduled just a couple days later, which was super convenient. eric, the technician, was fantastic—he explained every step of the air duct cleaning process, was upfront about the pricing, and worked carefully and efficiently. he even showed me before and after photos and videos of my ducts, and the difference was amazing. the house smells a lot fresher now since all the built-up pet hair and dust in the vents is gone. i definitely recommend smart washington air duct cleaners for anyone in washington looking to improve their indoor air quality!

The team member who handles scheduling is always helpful, and the staff who answer the phones are friendly and professional. Most of the technicians who have cleaned our community’s air ducts have been thorough and courteous. I realize now that my review shouldn’t have been influenced by just a few moments, since the company consistently provides excellent air duct cleaning. They always go out of their way to resolve any concerns and make sure customers are happy with the service. I especially want to thank Eric and Johnathan for their outstanding job during their recent visit. They were polite, professional, and took great care with the cleaning. I’m very satisfied and look forward to our next air duct cleaning appointment.
