Solid experience. Technician diagnosed the dryer, ordered the part, and came back to install it. There was a small wobble issue at first, but he returned the next day and fixed it right away. Dryer runs great now. Appreciate the follow-through and reliability.
Superlative Appliance Repair from Sergey at Smart Home. He restored my Bertazzoni stove to completely satisfactory operating condition, both the burners and the oven. And also quickly eliminated a persistent drainage problem in my Miele dishwasher. Both appliances are more than 15 years old.Extremely competent, very pleasant, punctual and fairly priced. Recommend them in the highest possible way.
Scheduling the service call was courteous and quick, and the appointment was scheduled for within a day. Vladimir quickly diagnosed the cause of our 17 years old dishwasher leak and gave us a repair estimate for a faulty pump, also suggesting that we should consider replacing the machine. We thought this was noteworthy, since pressing for a repair would have been to SHA's advantage. Vladimir was friendly, professional and informative. We decided on repair, which required ordering the part over the Thanksgiving holiday. Vladimir returned with a helper after the holiday on our schedule to install the part and was again very professional. They conducted several leak tests before they were satisfied, and the work was completed in a timely manner. SHA provides both a parts and labor warranty, which shows they stand behind their work. Their pricing, where the service call fee is deducted from the repair labor, is a bonus. They also followed up with an after service call to make sure we were satisfied. SmartHome Appliance will be our "go to" appliance repair service from now on!
Great work Vladamir. My Viking cooktop seized and the inition switches on 3 of my 6 burners stopped worked. The cooktop was 20 years old. Not onoy did valadir find the parts, he fixed what was a very tricky problem and didtm lrave until everutjing was working perfectly. Great job and i cant say enough about the professionalism and care Thank you immensly.
