Absolutely outstanding, I cannot recommend Smartmove highly enough. My third move with them, this time we had both the packing and moving service for our family home. Efficient, kind, polite, experts who made the whole move feel calm and took a way any worries we had. As parents to young kids moving the week before Christmas we were apprehensive but the team were amazing. Reeve, Jo, James & James you are total legends. Thank you Justine you are doing a wonderful job and we are super grateful.
Fantastic removals company did a fabulous job throughout and went that extra mile multiple times without asking for any extra money! They were recommended to me by a friend based in Bristol and I thought I'd ask them to give me a quote even though I was officially out of their area just across the bridge near Chepstow they gave me a competitive quote based on my video as I was too far out for a physical visit. Their quote included free materials boxes bubble wrap even markers and tape and included dismantling and reassembly of beds all of these extra with other companies. Also there was no charge for date change insurance. During the run up my completion date kept changing smart move were very flexible and kept in touch and moved the date a couple of times no charge. On removals day they were very efficient and quick and did a great job loading everything. Next day was move in day 250 miles away in Surrey. We had a real problem getting the keys which didn't become available until just before 5pm this meant the guys were parked outside in the removal van for the entire afternoon then managed to unload everything in 2 hours including assembly of beds before setting off back to Bristol all with no complaints and no extra charge JUST BRILLIANT! Would definitely recommend this outstanding company.
We used Smartmove for our house move and couldn’t be happier with the service. We had a really difficult time with the timings of our sale and purchase, but Jen was absolutely amazing every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to fit us in. On both the packing and moving days, the team were excellent - professional, punctual, and with great communication throughout. Everything was handled efficiently and with care, which made a stressful couple of days so much easier. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Smartmove. All contact was really friendly and helpful and there were regular check-ins throughout. Reeve, Taz and James moved me out of my old property, where only half the items in my house were to be moved. They paid attention to which things needed to be moved and double checked where needed. My items were then stored with Smartmove for 2 weeks until Reeve, Sam and Jo (hope I’ve remembered the names!) moved me into my new property, where everything was put where I asked and furniture that had been disassembled was reassembled, including a pull out bed in a small space. I’ve unpacked everything, nothing is missing and I’ve not found even the smallest bit of damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smartmove, they far exceeded my expectations
Absolute legends! Helped me with a move in St George, BS5, Bristol. These guys were amazing all the way through from quote to move. The office team and especially Jen were so flexible and understanding when move dates kept shifting. The removal team on the day were incredible - calm, friendly, patient and careful with all of the stuff. They made what could have been a really stressful day stress-free. Could not recommend them more highly. Thank you so much Smartmove!
