The place is very clean and amazingly maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the quality of the food was really good. Thanks to Cassidy for the amazing service would 100% recommend for anyone who’s craving a good burger. Definitely will be coming back again!
I’ve had Smash before in the grapevine la area but here it taste so much better. Juicy, fresh, meaty…chocolate milk shake so good and smash tots good unless you don’t like too much seasoning just get regular. Crunchy and fresh made!!! Thanks
Staff was friendly and the person on register was really helpful on the menu options for a new time customer. The burger was super flavorful! Sweet potato fries were awesome too! Shout out to Hannah! Working hard keeping the store super clean and presentable! Keep up the good work guys!
Meh. First time here. Person at the counter wasn't the most helpful unfortunately. Almost all burgers can be made vegetarian, but they can't do any doubles vegetarian (why?). If there is a legit reason for this, let the customers know! I ordered a burger and a shake. The burger came 10 minutes before the shake... The $12 burger was tasty but tiny. The milkshake on the other hand was really good and a really good value Half the seating is in a narrow hallway between the open kitchen door and the restrooms. This was a pretty bad atmosphere.!
It’s a smash burger so you can expect the deliciousness of the chain. However, we got cut in line by someone and one of our party members was given an incorrect burger. They ordered a double but got a single. Lastly, the server forgot our ranch which we asked for. They made up for it by giving us a free milkshake. Also, they were pretty quick with the food so you got to give credit where it’s due. Felt full when I left and the food was good. That’s all I can ask for.
