I drove an hour to this office do to a recommendation for Dr. Wilkinson. Immediately walking into the facility I was greeted by an awake, energetic front desk staff who had me checked in within 5 mins. Very refreshing to see a front desk staff with smiles on their face! While I waited, there was a very clean and stocked coffee bar. The staff was so punctual that I was called to the back before my coffee had even finished filling up my cup, lol! As I’m being walked to my room, not one person that I made eye contact hesitated to nod at me with a smile. It was clean, and the staff was very efficient. His assistant only asked questions that mattered she got straight to the point with a little small talk in between. I did not have to wait forever for the doctor to come in. Though the lobby was full and the staff was obviously busy, Dr.Wilkinson did not have me waiting more than 10 mins, that’s including the tech working me up! He came into the room with the same energy I’m sure he gave his first person of the day. He made sure to educate me, assess me, and waited for me to ask any questions. Not once did the doctor make me feel bad about the reason there. He did not use embarrassing words or condescending faces. More importantly no one tried to over sell me any thing other than what he knew I needed, which is rare now adays! It’s hard to find a trust worthy doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. This office from top to bottom was nothing short or great. The hour drive was sooo worth it and im so thankful that I was recommended to him. I usually don’t write reviews, but I have only seen offices this perfect on TV so I had to give it its flowers.💐! 10/10!!
Awesome staff!! They are really helpful and caring. Dr. Griffin was humble and caring. Virginia was extremely nice and professional. The front desk staff made me feel like a person and not a money bag. I am grateful that I went there for my dental visit. I highly recommend them.
My wife found this place for me and I am extremely thankful. The ladies that greeted me/checked me out and helped me my 1st two visits were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Doctor Wilkinson, he was awesome! Absolutely loved the entire team! Will definitely be back! Thank you all again.
Fantastic group of professionals! I have been with them now for 12 years and it has been amazing! You are treated wonderfully and there is not a single person that doesn’t greet you with a smile! They make you very much at ease and talk through the process of what you are having done. I’ve never been a fan of dental offices, but they do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and I will be a fan forever!
I had to follow the best Dentist in the State, Dr. GRIFFIN as he changed locations. So finally I had my first visit at Smile and I am really impressed with everything. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beth cleaned my teeth like the best ever. She really knows her stuff. They do not rush and take time to explain everything as they work. Also they have a very nice office and modern technology. Holly is super sweet and gave me a detailed run down as to what my out of pocket cost will be for work I need done. I really left feeling like they cared about me as a patient and I will for sure be going back. Totally recommend them if you're looking for a good place for your dental care.
