11 of us from my 91 year old Mom to my 9 year old grand daughter enjoyed a memorable dinner at Smoke Ridge BBQ on Sunday. We chose multiple appetizers, which were all scrumptious, drinks (Mom ordered the Bloody Mary, which was amazing!) and main dishes. Smoke flavor - not overpowering, but "just right" - permeated all of the dishes. Everyone ordered different items and it was fun watching everyone wanting a taste of everyone else's food! I had the pasta bowl with Alfredo Sauce and smoked chicken - very good! Really liked the way John (owner) incorporates the base smoked meats into unique dishes that truly pleased the palate. Gonna come back soon for Taco Thursday, as those menu choices look yummy too. Definitely a "go back again" experience!
First time here, food was so amazing we came back every day they were open. We tried everything on the menu. Highly recommend this place. The BBQ meats melt in your mouth. The smoked deviled eggs are so creamy with a light smoke. Taco Thursday we had brisket tacos…. Would love those every day!! Staff is fun and friendly. Food is 10/10!
Decided to try a new to us place today and SO happy we did! The brisket is AMAZING! 5 cheese Mac n cheese... YES please! Texas toast fresh! Husband had the brisket sandwich and loved it! We also had some drinks, the Green Envy was our choice and it did not disappoint. We will most definitely be returning!
Friends ordered takeout lunch from SmokeRidge on their recommendation. Ribs, brisket, and chicken were tender, and slaw was fresh. Haven’t seen the train car but I’m impressed enough with their food to write a review.
The owners did a terrific job converting this old train into one of the best barbecue joints I’ve tried west of Memphis Tennessee. I got the sampler platter and of course we had to try the ribs. Everything was cooked to perfection but the best part of it all was the exceptional customer service provided by staff. You can tell everybody is extremely passionate about providing the best food and experience possible. Also the cheese cake is to die for
