My wife picked this locally loved spot to try Quebec poutine while we were Quebec City. We ordered the Poutine Dulton Saucisses and the Galvaude — both were tasty, and the gravy really stood out. Rich, flavorful, and exactly what you'd hope for in a classic poutine. A quick heads-up: unless you have a serious appetite, go with the smallest portion size. It’s very generous and more than enough for one person.

They serves one of the best poutines we’ve had on this trip! Both the gravy and fries were incredibly delicious. We ordered the Medium Steak Poutine, and the portion was huge—definitely worth the price. The owner, who is from Belgium, was super friendly. We visited during a quiet time, and she managed to handle both the cash register and cooking all by herself—amazing! If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommended!
