I just had my first appointment with Shannon to do microneedling. She was so caring and kind. She was very detailed and provided me with an excellent service. Shannon sent me home with several samples to take care of my face after the service to make sure I had a good routine and a successful procedure.
As always, Dr Snyder and her team were highly efficient, friendly and helpful. They are great in addressing minor issues not just chief complaint and offering helpful cosmetic treatment and management tips as well as typical dermatology evals like for moles, and always offer some great samples! I love this Derm clinic, they are awesome:)

She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, explore every possible cause of my skin issue, and carefully rule things out until she was confident in her diagnosis.
