On more than one occasion this location has been closed for unscheduled maintenance when I've attempted to visit. As a member, it's frustrating to be paying for an unreliable service. I reached out to customer servicer, who responded quickly, but took no accountability and simple stated: "Our membership includes access to all of our locations and not just one. You have the option to go to another location if you choose." Expecting me to drive 10-15 minutes to another location, with no accountability for a reliable service, is unacceptable. Very much a dine and dash service by Soapy Joe's. I don't feel valued as a memeber.
My yearly membership had expired. The representative was gracious while I looked up my receipt. It was raining so their vacuums were not working. She let me go thru the wash without charge. I will renew thru Costco and be a loyal customer because of that courtesy
I am very happy that kainoa helped me out a lot. I'm very happy to come back again and I live in spring valley. I'd like to see kainoa again because he helps people out a lot
Horrible customer service. I purchased their premium monthly membership and they sold it to me happily, in person, in my vehicle. I have an F150 Raptor. The teenaged employee (whom was nice and polite) said nothing about them not recommending my vehicle for their wash. The wash cleaned only 60% of my truck, the entire back window was left dirty. The kid told me to run it through again, I did so, same dirty result. I waited the weekend for their customer service department to open. Spoke with Michelle this afternoon, very unprofessional and rude. She acted like it was my fault for not reading the fine print on their website about how they don’t allow Raptor’s through their car wash. The clearance’s posted on site say my vehicle fits. They wouldn’t refund my membership in full, only a small credit because she said I already used the services rendered. So I politely asked for a manager to call me back. Just got off the phone with Donald, wow is all I can say. Well, that and the fact he shouldn’t be a manager of anybody or anything, let alone a business. Completely standoffish, unprofessional, and ridiculously rude, just like Michelle. To the Owner of Soapy Joe’s, please train your employees better and find customer service representatives whom treat the consumer with respect, and fair judgement. Michelle could/should definitely be re-trained. As for Donald, I’m not quite sure a re-training program would pay dividends, and it’s probably better to just let him go, terminate his employment, and cut your losses before he puts your business in the negative. I will now be contacting AMEX for a chargeback, supported by pictures and call logs of my conversations (written, not recorded audio). My advice for ANYONE with a pickup truck, DON’T do business with Soapy Joe’s, there are plenty of better options available. God Bless.
Just got my car washed here and I’m seriously impressed! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and they took great care with my car. It came out sparkling clean. They didn’t miss a single spot, and the attention to detail really shows. Prices are fair for the quality of service, and I was in and out quicker than I expected. Definitely coming back, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car looking brand new!
