Daniel W is amazing. Anytime I have ever needed anything (which isn't often because I rarely have any issues), Daniel has been very friendly, kind and just someone who you can tell truly loves his job. He always has a smile on his face and just makes the experience that much better.
Daniel W explained to me that i’d be getting more bang for my buck if I upgraded from the classic Joe single wash to the magic joe so I went ahead and upgraded because of him. I’ve been to this car wash quite a few times and every time i’ve been helped by Daniel I come out glad that I chose this specific soapy joes. 10/10 experience.
Daniel was the best, his customer service skills are 100% the most friendliest i’ve seen. He deserves a raise because everyone else isn’t as good as him, he works so hard while the others are hardly working compared to him. He makes sure everything is running and smooth w/o him there is no Soapy Joes Spring Valley !! :) Love U Daniel 🙏✅
I got hot wax all over my car windshield and thought it would never come off. Thankfully this nice young lady named Sylvia helped out a TON she was able to get it completely clean off. It was literally like magic. Feels like im driving a brand new car. Thats how good it was.
I live just a few minutes from the Soapy Joe’s on Cardiff Street. I don’t usually get my car washed through automated services, but I want to take a moment to appreciate Daniel for giving me a great customer experience. He greeted us with a positive attitude, explained all the packages and memberships clearly, and really showed what good customer service looks like. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back.
