So impressed with this business! We live overseas in the Marshall Islands on Kwajalein atoll. There are no services there, so when my laptop broke I was a panicked about how I could get it fixed. We travel to Honolulu once or twice a year so knowing We were going to be heading out I called around to some computer repair businesses. We were only going to be in town for 5 days. Most places said they wouldn’t be able to help us without bringing it in to have it looked at, and then they would possibly need to order parts which could take 2 weeks and then a few days to a week depending on how busy they were to get it done. When I called SOHO Computer repair and spoke with John and told him our situation, he was so helpful! He spoke with me, asking detailed questions and then had me send in several pictures of the issue. He ordered the parts he felt would be needed so they would be there before we arrived in 3 weeks. We dropped it off on a Friday and within a few hours he had it fixed for us. If you want great customer service and a job well done, this is your place. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
