I’ve been training with Jordan for almost three years and it’s been life-changing. I’ve lost a lot of weight, gotten stronger, and completely changed how I view fitness. He’s motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. The location is the best all around, and the gym is always super clean. Because of him, I truly love the fitness world now. I have been training with Jake at Soho Fit since early October. In a word, he is exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable with great attention to detail and proper form during every workout, and he takes a genuine interest and active role in helping his clients achieve their goals. Jake is very firm, calm and balanced in his approach while at the same time always pushing you to the next level. The gym itself is clean and well maintained. It is exactly what I was looking for in both a facility and a trainer. Five stars. Highly recommend.
I’ve been training with Ashton since April 2025, and it has been a transformative experience focused on fat loss. From the very first session, Ashton tailored my workouts to fit my goals and fitness level, ensuring that I’m challenged yet comfortable. What I appreciate most is Ashton’s ability to keep every session different and engaging. He brings a fresh approach each time, which keeps me motivated and excited to show up. His encouragement shines through, especially during those tough moments. He has a couple of favorite quotes, like “take your time,” and he really knows how to hype me up on that penultimate rep, making me push harder than I thought I could. Since starting with Ashton, I’ve noticed improvements in my fitness level and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer, I highly recommend Ashton. He’s not just a personal trainer; he’s a true partner in your fitness journey!
Jordan is a great personal trainer whom I enjoyed training with for a couple of years before moving away from Tampa. I can honestly say he’s one of the best trainers I’ve had. He built customized workout splits for me that delivered great results and are still used in my current routines. I always felt challenged during our sessions, and becoming familiar with that level of lifting has set me up for success with my current physique. Jordan really knows how to push you while keeping things enjoyable. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for serious progress and a trainer who genuinely cares about your fitness goals. He is the only trainer I've had who, even though I moved away, still checks in on me to see how my fitness journey is going.
