Recently had my hair all cut off by Anna, after having it long for a while I needed a change & have been loving myself sick ever since, the compliments I've received about looking younger have definitely helped too! Beautiful space, friendly team & exceptional hair
The woman at this salon burnt my hair off, I had to cut all my hair off and restyle it. It’s very devastating to have someone destroy your hair in this way. As you go willingly, trusting and they completely sabotage your beautiful hair. They took no accountability and were not apologetic but highly insulting and rude instead. It was very clear as the hair was burnt while I was there that the issue was form them. Then they proceeded to act completely discussing and gaslit me, taking no accountability. Very pathetic inhuman behavior from the owner, which I’m sure many others have experienced. Staff who are barely experienced are named as senior stylists. I wish I had read the review from 10 years ago on this page before going to this salon because exactly the same thing happened to me just this year. They will comment and pretend they don’t know who I am, claim I am another rival salon, say I’m not in their records, or scrutinize me and say it is my fault. But it wasn’t. It was completely their fault and they should take accountability for damaging people’s hair. It’s 2025, you can’t gaslight and bully customers and not take accountability when you are in the wrong. Very Childish grotesque behaviour. Perhaps someone will burn all of the owners hair off and she can enjoy.
Anna from Sol +Soma came and did all our make-up for my daughters wedding last Saturday. Nothing was a hassle for her and she bought such calm to the morning. Anna is not just a fabulous makeup artist but such a kind and just a lovely human. We LOVED having her share our morning and helping make the memories wonderful ❤️
I am over the moon with my hair, I came into the salon and explained what I wanted and walked out with my expectations blown out of the water. I have my wedding in a weeks time and I can’t wait to show off my new colour. Will definitely be back to get my hair done again with Kate.
I had a trim, wash, treatment and blowdry at Soma. Professional and friendly staff, beautifully presented salon. Made to feel welcome and valued as a customer. Easy (paid) parking right out the front. Would 100% return again.
