I first off have to say that Sonjas studio is so beautiful and a fun environment. I have worked with her & her clients as a hair and makeup artist. She is very polite, professional and so easy to work with. She thinks of her clients starting with the room you get ready in. It has everything you need , even snacks and drinks. She sets the tone with music of your choice and is attentive. And of course her photos are outstanding quality. You can tell she has a true passion for what she does. I love working with her and am excited to continue to work with her in the future. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a photographer to book with Sonja.

Exceeds expectations!!!!! Sonja is a creative photographer with visions that just come to life! I have always done light and airy photography but holy cow, her style is dramatic and moody in all the right ways! Her visions come to life and she makes sure you look and feel good! The photos she’s done of me are top notch and seriously, straight out of the camera they are that good. She’s talented, kind and attentive. She even helps you feel comfortable modeling and helps with posing so that your photos are to die for! If you’re like me and are kind of used to outside light and airy photos, it’s time for some dramatic, rich, studio photos. You will NOT be disappointed. In fact, you’ll be blown away. Sonja is an amazing photographer and her studio has everything you could want including an amazing client closet.

My wife and I worked with Sonja for some newborn pictures with our daughter. She made the booking process easy and was super flexible. We had to reschedule due to getting sick and she made it very easy to find a new date that worked for us all and made it happen. Sonja made sure to be careful around our newborn daughter but was skilled with babies herself to help us out with calming her down and even swaddling her in a blanket. Her studio has multiple set ups to utilize and even a changing room to get multiple outfit changes in for the session. We really enjoyed our time with Sonja at her studio and are so in love with the pictures she captured and sent to us. There are lots of fun and sweet candid moments and you can imagine how hard it was with a 3 week old baby who is fussy and wants to be fed or held close. I’d definitely recommend Sonja Stafford for photography of any sort you are thinking. She’s also a really nice person, who listens to your requests for poses and such too, so we really loved that!
